Q: How do I place an order? A: Browse our products, select the items you like, choose the appropriate size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." Go to the cart page, click "Checkout," and fill in the required information to complete your order.
Q: How do I cancel or modify my order? A: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oookbaby.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer? A: We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping.
Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order? A: Order processing time is 3-8 business days. Delivery time varies by shipping method and destination; standard shipping within the US takes 10-20 business days.

Q: What if an item is out of stock? A: If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please choose "Notify Me" to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.
